We took a tour of several rooms inside the castle, including the king's chambers, his artificial grotto inside the castle, the kitchen, and a performance hall at the top of the castle where Wagnerian operas were to be staged. Throughout the castle are amazing murals and other artwork depicting scenes from Wagner's operas. |
